Estimated Delivery Times
We use a combination of post and carrier services to deliver your order direct to your door. For UK orders we generally use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL and City Link with a 1-2 working day delivery time (from despatch). For European and rest of the world orders we generally use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DHL with a 2-4 working day delivery time to most European countries (from despatch). Delivery times to outside of Europe vary from country to country. Contact us if you require more information.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES ARE FROM DATE OF DESPATCH AND NOT FROM DATE OF ORDER

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 working days but please allow upto 7 working days before contacting us regarding an outstanding order. Working days are Monday-Friday only, weekends and UK public holidays are not classed as working days. If we anticipate that a despatch time is likely to be longer than 7 working days we will always contact you with the option of waiting or cancelling your order and receiving a full refund. It is for this reason alone we ask you to please always allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding an outstanding order.

WE DO NOT AND CAN NOT OFFER EXACT DELIVERY DATES AND TIMES UNLESS WE HAVE SPECIFICALLY STATED WE WILL. ONCE A DELIVERY IS PASSED TO THE CARRIER WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER DELIVERY TIMES. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATES AS WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OBLIGE WITH YOUR REQUEST, SORRY.

Order Cancellations / Returns
You may cancel your order and claim a refund for the value of the goods ordered including our shipping and handling costs at any time up to seven working days after you receive the goods. We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days. You must return the goods to us in their original condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If you cancel your order after we have sent the goods, and they are not defective, of poor quality, mis-described or not fit for their purpose, then you must send them back to us at your own expense. Please use a registered delivery shipping service when returning goods. This way you are insured in case of loss or damage to your package, we can advise you of carriers to use if you contact us. All returns IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES must be authorised for return by Lavatronics prior to returning. ANY returns received without first obtaining authorisation may be refused. Faulty Product Returns (within 7 days of arrival)
All items arriving to the customer in a faulty condition, providing we are notified within 7 working days of arrival, will either be exchanged or refunded in full including shipping and handling costs within 7 working days of the item has being returned to and arriving back with us. All returns IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES must be authorised for return by Lavatronics prior to returning. ANY returns received without first obtaining authorisation may be refused. Faulty Product Returns (within warranty period)
All items on this website carry a full 12 month RTB (return to base warranty) unless stated otherwise. The customer is responsible for the return delivery costs however we may also offer to refund this cost in some circumstances. Lavatronics will be responsible for any return delivery costs to the customer of a replacement and/or repaired product. All products will be repaired or replaced whenever possible, or a refund minus our shipping and handling costs or alternative product will be offered where repair or replacement is not available within a reasonable time. Faulty items returned for repair or exchange, where no fault can be found will be charged for return shipping and handling costs. All returns IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES must be authorised for return by Lavatronics prior to returning. ANY returns received without first obtaining authorisation may be refused.
